Warranty: We will honor any products purchased in Europe under warranty purchased from authorized Sleek Audio vendors, distributors, and their subsidiaries. Please contact your reseller about their warranty procedure.

Important: If you have an issue with one of our products please e-mail our support team (contact information above) with your contact information and any details you can provide about the product issue. Do not send any product back to us untill you have received an RMA number. We understand how much music means to our customers and this drives us to respond quickly and make sure you miss as little time without your Sleek Audio earphones as possible.

Special information about the Custom earphone models

Our CT line of Custom earphones offer a 1 year warranty for internal breakdown or exterior damage from common use. Below please find some important points warranty specifics as they regard to the CT6 and future custom lines:

  • Fit issue - If your custom is too loose or tight when you receive it you have thirty days to return it for a free adjustment. We recommend you spend a few days getting use to them, but if there is still an issue please contact our support staff with details on the fit issues before sending the earphones into our lab.
  • If you require an adjustment after thirty days there is a €50 charge, which includes priority shipping and both earphones.
  • For damage caused by product abuse resulting in a cracked or broken shell with missing pieces (run over, slammed in a door, etc.) we offer a remake at € 150 per ear.
