Warranty: We will honor any products under warranty purchased from authorized Sleek Audio Vendors, Distributors, and their subsidiaries. We will NOT honor warranties for products purchased from  online retailers Z Electria, Circuit City Deals,  Best Seller 21, or Price Grabber as they are not authorized dealers.

Important: If you have an issue with one of our products please e-mail our support team (contact information above) with your contact information and any details you can provide about the product issue prior to sending it to our office for inspection or replacement. We understand how much music means to our customs and this enables us to respond quickly and make sure you miss as little time without your Sleek Audio earphones as possible.
